Hebi

Described as "walnuts and chicken," Hebi offers a unique nutty and poultry taste. Hebi is a classic grilling fish. The opaque cream-colored meat cooks to a smooth white that is juicy and flavorful. The firm meat is great for any high heat cooking method. Raw hebi is a little known secret of the Hawaiian islands. Hebi sashimi is a great tasting white meat sashimi that can be used in poke, tartare, or simply sliced.
