Ahi sashimi 2+ grade is a very high quality sashimi grade. Apple red color makes this meat the most popular grade for applications that call for searing or rare grilling. We love to use the 2+ grade for poke.

- Ahi loins are always fresh, never frozen. Each Ahi loin is vacuum sealed with dry lock fresh guard. Minimum order for this species is 5lb. units. Ahi loins are skin-on, bone-out and bloodline trimmed. Ahi loin sections range from 5 lbs. to 25 lbs.
