Sashimi Ahi 1+

Similar in brilliant red qualities as the 1++ grade with a slight decrease in red color brightness and fat content. The color of 1+ is still beyond any grade of Ahi available in the world. This grade of Hawaiian Ahi offers excellent translucency and will glow red after cutting and "breathing" the oxygen in the air.
