- Ahi loins are always fresh, never frozen. Each loin is vacuum-sealed with dry lock fresh guard. Minimum order for this species is 3lb. units. Loins are skin-on, bone-out and bloodline-trimmed. Loin sections range from 3lbs. to 20lbs.
